Emmy Hernandez is an executive coach and elite performance strategist specializing in communications, relationships, emotional intelligence, AI education, and entrepreneurship. She brings more than 15 years of experience working with leaders across industries. Hernandez has coached executives at Fortune 500 companies including AT&T, Lyft, and Microsoft. She has also served as a program manager and coach for technology accelerators in Mexico, Uruguay, and Tunisia. In her work with the National Science Foundation and the University of California, Berkeley, she has overseen programs and budgets totaling millions of dollars. Her portfolio includes the development and delivery of AI training workshops, chatbot implementation, and digital fluency programs for small businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions. She mentors startup founders at the Founder’s Institute and Singularity Institute, and has taught Lean Startup methodology at Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua in partnership with UC Berkeley.
